To activate your Company subscription, go to your Company Dashboard, open Company Settings, and click on Activate Membership. You'll be redirected to Stripe, our billing partner, to select monthly or annual billing.

You can change your billing frequency at any time from Company Settings. Annual Subscriptions are billed and fulfilled at purchase and are non-refundable.

To cancel, go to the Company Dashboard, open Company Settings, and select Manage Subscription. From there, you can cancel your plan in the Stripe billing portal.

When you cancel a company subscription, all members accessing Notes through the company subscription will lose access to paid features. Member catalogs and review history are preserved, but access to paid features (monthly re-reviews and Edit Catalog) will no longer be available. You can resubscribe at any time.

Note: Any songs already successfully registered with the MLC will remain registered.
