Gray dashes mean we couldn't find your musician name (as entered in Notes) in the PRO or MLC databases for that song.
β
This typically happens for one of three reasons:
The song has been registered under an "Alternate Name." PRO and MLC databases may have your name listed differently than how it appears in your profile. Try adding nicknames or alternate spellings to your Musician Profile as Alternate Names. For example, if you're listed as "Jonathan Smith," try adding "Jon Smith."
The song is a cover. If the song is a cover, the original songwriters' names will be credited on royalty registrations.
The song isn't registered at all. The song isn't registered yet. If you're a credited songwriter, the song may not be registered in PRO or MLC databases, which could mean unclaimed royalties.
